General Provisions

six6s operates an online entertainment and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. In this document, "we", "platform" or "six6s" refers to the service provider, and "you" or "user" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. Detailed information about six6s and its services is available on a separate page.

A minimum age applies to participate on this platform. 21+ — only persons aged 21 or above may open an account on six6s and take part in any betting or casino activity.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested to stop using the platform.

1.2 Right to Amend Terms

six6s reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms. Users are expected to visit this page regularly to stay updated on the latest terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Specific conditions must be met to create an account on six6s. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• The name, mobile number and date of birth provided at registration must be verifiable and genuine.
• six6s may request necessary documents for identity verification and the user is obliged to provide them.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or with third-party funding is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Any suspicious activity on the account must be reported to six6s support immediately. six6s will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access unless it is proven that the incident was caused by a security flaw in the platform itself.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

six6s reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account for any reason, particularly in cases of breach of these terms. The user will be informed of the reason for suspension via their registered contact.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Specific rules must be followed for financial transactions on six6s. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted deposit methods on six6s are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank or Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are only accepted from a payment account registered in the user's own name; depositing through a third party is prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests must use the same method as the deposit unless otherwise instructed. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

While a withdrawal request is being processed, the relevant amount will be temporarily held separately from the user's wallet balance. Once processed, it will be sent directly to the designated payment account.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

Any issues arising from transactions made with incorrect information are the user's own responsibility. six6s will make every effort to confirm transactions subject to correct information being provided, but will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

six6s offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that the user must follow.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New registrants will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be completed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

six6s offers a "Weekly six6s Deposit Reward" every week, giving a 50% bonus on deposits up to ৳10,000 with a 20x wagering requirement. For the cricket market there is a "six6s Cricket Festival Bonus" — 30% on deposits up to ৳8,000 with an 18x wagering requirement. There is also a "Weekend six6s Slots Bonanza" offer giving a 40% deposit bonus in the slots section up to ৳6,000.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• The minimum deposit to claim a bonus is ৳500 (where applicable).
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent use is found, six6s may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit to earn a bonus.
• six6s reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be observed when taking part in sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services on six6s.

5.1 Bet Validity

All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a special situation such as a technical error or event cancellation arises. six6s reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a clear pricing error.

5.2 Settlement of Results

six6s uses reliable third-party data sources to settle bet results. In the event of any dispute, six6s's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets by exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using inside information about the outcome of a match or event.
• Placing bets for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or artificially fulfilling bonus requirements.
• Gaining an advantage by using multiple accounts.
• Using bots or automated software to influence any process on the platform.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings and remaining balance.

VIP Program and Cashback

six6s's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit at a set rate.

6.1 Cashback Calculation

Cashback is applied at a set rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings): up to 0.3% for Bronze tier, up to 0.7% for Silver tier, and up to 1.0% for Gold tier. For example, if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

6.2 Tier Upgrade Rules

Tier upgrades are based on the user's regular activity and history. Although no specific turnover threshold is announced, six6s progressively moves regularly active members to higher tiers. VIP members may receive additional benefits which will be communicated separately.

Responsible Gaming and Restrictions

six6s is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be for enjoyment, not harm.

7.1 Self-Control Tools

7.2 Self-Exclusion

A user may request to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through support, and once active, attempting to create a new account during that period is also prohibited.

7.3 Protection of Minors

Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use the platform is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are urged to be cautious about children's device use and to use parental control software where necessary.

8.1 Data Use Policy

8.3 SSL Security

Intellectual Property and Content

All content displayed on the six6s platform — logos, graphics, text, software and design — is the intellectual property of six6s or its content providers.

9.1 Permitted Use

Users may view platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Republishing, distributing, modifying or commercially using any content from the platform without written permission from six6s is prohibited.

9.2 Third-Party Content

The intellectual property of game content from providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, JILI or Spribe belongs to the respective companies. six6s acts only as a distributor of these games.

Limitation of Liability

six6s is committed to providing the highest quality of service, but liability is limited in certain areas.

10.1 Indirect Losses

six6s is not liable for losses caused by technical problems, internet outages, third-party service failures or force majeure. In such situations six6s will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible.

10.2 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

Information, statistics or odds provided on the platform are for informational purposes only. Full responsibility for betting decisions lies with the user. six6s never guarantees a win and it is not possible to do so.

10.3 Compensation for Service Disruption

In the event of a service outage, six6s will review the user's actual loss and may consider reasonable compensation. However, no compensation applies for expected profits or hypothetical losses.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

six6s actively works to prevent illegal money laundering and financial crime. Cooperation with relevant authorities is provided when required.

11.1 Suspicious Activity

If an unusual or suspicious transaction pattern is detected, six6s may bring the account under investigation. The relevant balance or withdrawal may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

11.2 Verification Process

six6s may at any time request documents from the user relating to identity, proof of address or source of funds. If documents are not provided within the specified time, account privileges may be restricted.

End of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form the complete agreement between the six6s platform and the user, and replace all previous oral or written understandings. If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.
